Day in the LifeYou will work and grow in a fast-paced team that supplies critical Electrical Engineering support to operations.**Job Description**:**Responsibilities**:- Perform analysis of alternate electronic components to maintain supply chain stability.- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Operations to diagnose issues encountered during high- volume PCBA production.- Use laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, e-loads, and data acquisition systems.- Use critical path methods, impactful communications, and cross functional collaboration to manage numerous short and long duration projects to success.- Milwaukee Tool is a global organization. Travel several times per year is expected to maintain a strong knowledge of the business and to work with Electronics suppliers.What TOOLS you'll bring with you:- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.- 2+ years of relevant experience with product design of electronics.- Engineering experience: PCB assembly techniques and troubleshooting with laboratory equipment (oscilloscope, DMM).- Basic Programming C, C++.- Knowledge on Design Software. (Solid Works, NX, or similar)- Knowledge on Electronics Design software.- Must be a good cross functional communicator and thrive with a high-performance environment.- Background in any of the following is a plus: portable electronics, power tools, motor controls, power electronics and power supply circuits, consumer electronics, or instrumentation and measurement systems. Microcontroller circuits (8/16/32 Bit) power electronics, automated test fixture development.- Should enjoy being a hands-on engineer - we're a power tool company!- English. Able to communicate verbal and writing.
