Job Captain in the Production Studios provide Revit and AutoCAD support for large and complex projects. The Job Captain provides training to new support staff.
Architectural Job Captain Responsibilities:Lead the production efforts for complex projects with minimal supervision and with the help of Production and Senior Production CoordinatorsProvide Revit or AutoCAD support for the preparation of project documentsReview and confirm with the Production Manager code analysis and specific details for each projectAssist the Production Manager in generating and reviewing project schedules and budgets for their regionLead the communication with project management teams and provide clear direction to the support staffArchitectural Job Captain Requirements:4+ years of experience in the field of Architecture Experience in diverse multifamily project types such as garden, podium, and wrap is preferredBachelor's Degree in Architecture or related fieldProficiency with RevitProficiency with AutoCADKnowledge of Bluebeam, Ganttic, Microsoft Word and ExcelKnowledge of building codesAbility to coordinate a complete set of contract documents#J-18808-Ljbffr
