Head of logistics Technical Requirements: • Experience in supply chain processes. • Wide experience in logistics and distribution. • Ability to design logistics plans from scratch, ensuring the timely arrival of products in optimal conditions and at competitive costs, while guaranteeing quality in both shipments and operations. • Familiarity with various transportation networks, including planes, trucks, trains, and ships. • Knowledge of inbound and outbound processes. • Work experience in the Latin American market. • Solid understanding of customs in Mexico, import and export policies. • General knowledge in taxation matters. Position Considerations: • Candidates from all sectors / kind of companies can be considered as long as it is a multinational company, although candidates working for technology and telecommunications companies would be even better. • We are looking for candidates with at least 8 years of experience, 10 years of experience is best. • Proficient in English. • Soft Skills: Problem solving, good stakeholder management, customer service, results oriented, able to work in multicultural environments.
