Then come andjoin our global team as IT Business Partner & IT Country Head Your tasks andresponsibilities: To manages relationships with business, internal key user & processowners for all IT related topics. Consults & supports the implementation of new or changed services andsolutions. Ensures high customer satisfaction by translating business demands into ITservice requirements. Supports the holistically view for digitalization of business on astrategic level. Maintain Business Partner relationship. Evaluate customer satisfaction, collect, and consider respective businessfeedback. Provide business with KPIs on the overall and specific IT performance. Ensure best practice usage of commodity services. Manage business complaints and partner with CoE specialists, as required. Translate complex subject matter, expert knowledge, and technical termsinto an expression understandable for Business. Design and drive opportunities where IT can create additional businessvalues whilst managing operational risks. Identify and manage IT demands on tactical and strategic level, inalignment with business values and IT governance strategy by driving thedecisions-making process if needed. Articulate relevant changes (impact of change on IT services, projects,initiatives, trends, etc.) to business process owner and business key users. Serve as the executive touch point for a portfolio of projects andBusiness/IT processes. Ensure that Centers of Excellence (CoE's) continue to understand theneeds of our Business. Promote IT innovations and new services which can create additionalbusiness value. Maintain IT budget and IT Project Portfolio in partnership with businessand accounting to optimize IT spend for best value. User Engagement: Enable and guide rollout of IT Services in Business. Be responsible for Service Ownership and Project Portfolio, resourcesplanning and guidance to professionals' teams in operational tasks. Your qualifications andexperience: Bachelor'sDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other relatedfield. Master on ITStrategy, IT Management and/or Business Management it will be a differential. Englishformal training and fluency is preferred. Minimum 10years of experience leveraging systems tools to support business processoptimization in functional areas such as services, supply chain, finance, HR orsales/commercial in the health, services, consumer goods or related industry. Provenability to work in a global environment with stakeholders in multipleregions/cultures. Goodunderstanding of the native functionality and processes within the SAP ERP/ECCS/4 and past proven experience in SAP implementation of new business process inkey areas (Finance, Supply Chain Inbound and Outbound, Sales, Services andDistributions) and order to cash business processes (e.g., Sales andDistribution SAP modules). Past provenexperience in the implementation of IT business applications based on BusinessProcess Management (BPM) platforms, document automation and order managementsoftware solutions are desired (some examples, but not limited to; Pega,ServiceNow, Esker, Microsoft Power Platform, etc…). Expertise inmanaging business users from all levels, aligning expectations, priorities andunderstanding business requirements is required. Someexperience in managing IT infrastructure is desirable such as networking,client services, asset management, telephony, application management. Proficiencyin the use of Microsoft 365 suite.
