Main responsibilities of the position : Partner with Site stake holders, process owners and IT teams to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business and technical requirementsDevelop an understanding of how solutions will impact present and future business needsWork with end users to determine needs (data, screens, processes, reports) and develop scopeDraft detailed specifications that reflect the user's needsAnalyze, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications and make recommendations where improvements can be madeSupport the implementation of systems to create an experience that positions Terex as the first choice among peers for parts and servicesPartner with business users to document test cases and conduct user acceptance testingDocument user manuals to describe application installation and operating proceduresCoordinate the project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budgetMain job-specific requirements / skills : Previous experience with ERP or business processesAnalytical and project management skills / Agile MethodolgyDemonstrated ability to communicate with all levels within IT and business teams (English)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsRelevnat experience in Reporting and Data Analysis toolsExcellent communication and cross-functional relationship building skillsOrganized and flexible to changing business priorities - Action and result orientedExcellent presentation and listening skillsAbility to work well with people from many different cultures and disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience over geographically dispersed locationsWillingness to take ownership of issues and ensure all interested parties are kept informed of progress in order to deliver solutions
