By effectively managing inventory levels, optimizing supply chainprocesses, and cost management, you will improve customer satisfaction,minimize carrying costs, and reduce waste.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage inventory planning activities Develop and implementinventory strategies to optimize stock levels Analyzes current inventorylevels as well as transactions related to the movement or transfer of materialsboth within the site as well as to external sources. Analyze demand patternsand forecast future inventory requirements Collaborate with suppliers toensure timely delivery of materials Monitor inventory performance andimplement corrective actions Identify and implement process improvements toenhance inventory management. Provides follow-up on Financial Reports(Backflush variations, consumption, etc.). Reviews and follows-up of CycleCounts. Analyzes discrepancies and monitoring COGI's in SAP. Provides Solutions to ISC OperationsManagers.• Analyzes performance metrics such as: down time, inventoryadjustments, rework list, Backflush integrity, material returns, lineinventory. Reviews Material flow. Participate in daily monitoring meetingsthat take place at different levels in the production area as part of the HoneywellOperations System (HOS), responding in a timely and effective manner to theresolution of problems that are under their responsibility or function.Periodicallyreview and update the TRLT in the system. Calculate production kanban's forsubassemblies and raw materials. Receiptsof raw materials from backorders. Review and update the calendar in SAP. Monitorsand reports WIP inventory weekly. Monitors that raw material engineeringchanges are carried out correctly in SAP (kanban). Establish and monitorreports that help control inventory levels in WIP. Responsible for updatingthe master material in SAP. YOU MUST HAVEBachelor's degree in logistics or a relevant fieldAdvanced English 5+ years ofexperience in inventory planning or supply chain managementAdvanced Knowledge on CTAP/OEAAdvanced Knowledge on SAPAdvanced Knowledge on Microsoft ExcelWE VALUEBachelor's degreein supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in implementing inventory optimization strategies Knowledge oflean manufacturing principles. Attention to detail and strong organizationalskills Continuous learning mindset and eagerness to stay updated withindustry trends. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry outsimple one or two-step instructions. Ability to define problems, collectdata, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Advanced PC skills.
