A better future?**We're Lear For You.****Internal Quality Engineer- SMT**- Great opportunity for growth and excellent work environment_**Lear Corporation- Nuevo Leon, Mexico Apodaca Plant (Presential)**We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Internal Quality Engineer SMT** based in** Apodaca Plant, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. **(E-Systems Division).As an Internal Quality Engineer, you will have an excellent opportunity for communicate quality objectives to production staff and drive quality improvement activities, leading a 0 PPM mindset and follow up on corrective actions to achieve it.**Your Task will be**:- Management of Quality auditors.- Quality performance of production lines.- Follow-up of non-conforming material.- Support for audits.- Maintains the current controls of the production process and the development of the poka yokes of the process.- Monitoring that the line operates in accordance with the requirements and giving corrective actions.**To be successful in this role you will need**:- Education: Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial, Electronic/mechatronic engineering or any related field.- 3 years of experience at SMT or assembly in the electronic automotive industry.- Terminal insertion knowledge and experience.- Knowledge of SMT, Backend and mechanical assemblies.- Microsoft Office intermediate.- Knowledge of Control plan & PFMEA.- Advanced English.LI-LM1- Lear Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse workplace._
