What You Will Do In Your Role Plan, coordinate and execute strategies to attract the right talent based on the operation needs coordinate hiring events Mainly focus on direct labor and materialspositions recruitment Coordinate training programs for the plant Support the on boarding program for new employees Support HR daily activities The Experience You Will Bring Requirements:Bachelors degree Human resources / Administration / Psychologist English intermediate level Recruiting & Training Experience Knowledge hiring direct labor and warehouse positions Advance Office systems Knowledge of current legislations as code of conduct, ethics, RBA, OSHAS 18000, ISO 14001, etc. Sense of urgency, entrepreneurship, leadership & continuous improvement #LI-AM4
