In this role, you will be responsible to support the business with a strategic focus; understanding and creating a vision for talent strategy in the business, including leading the development of a strategic workforce plan, identifying talent issues before they impact the business and supporting organizational structure changes based on strategic objectives. Resolves employee relations issues through a systematic approach. Assists senior management in the development of solutions through cultural and process perspective organizational development. Develops and drives company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, workforce planning, and organizational change). Responsibilities: • Identifying critical HR metrics. • Adjusting HR strategies to respond to changing business needs. • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning. • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention. • Fosters the highest level of commitment among our people through transparent communication about business challenges, successes and results. • Takes personal responsibility for making tough decisions, meeting commitments and ensuring expected results are achieved. LI-IJ1 Qualifications This job might be for you if: • Minimum of bachelors degree in a scientific discipline or HR related discipline; advanced degree such as MBA, or Masters in Organization Development or Human Resources is preferred. • Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting, business management, human resources, organizational development or change management experience. • Must have experience working with senior executives, technical leaders, and staff. • Business acumen & Business Partnering. • Demonstrates a strong preference and ability for quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and be comfortable with a variety of technology, systems and data.
