As Human Resources Director you will have the opportunity to lead Structures HR team to become a strategic partner to operations, to achieve goals embracing operative model and R4G vision, focusing on performance and talent acquisition, create engagement, safety, and healthy culture in a diverse work environment. YOUR TASKS WILL BE Short- and long-term strategic planning according to the organization needs. Communicate and reinforce compliance with the corporate politics and labor requirements of the region. Establish and develop the HR department in alignment with the plant's objectives and Lear HR policies. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Collaborate with management to create and implement HR strategies and programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent. Build a cohesive team of stable, engaged, and satisfied employees in the plant. Oversee the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding processes. Promote company culture including core values of Lear, Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance issues, conflict resolution, and career development. Monitor and report HR indicators. TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED : Successfully completed University degree. Proven 5 years of experience as an HR Manager within the manufacturing industry, preferably in automotive manufacturing. Knowledge of the LFT and STPS, current labor legislation, labor reforms. Knowledge of the local labor market. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively. J-18808-Ljbffr
