HR Project Manager Remote Mexico Location - Argano Share with friends Back To Openings HR Project Manager // Remote Mexico Location Department: ARG GSS People START YOUR APPLICATION HR PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES The Client PM is responsible and accountable for ensuring that all client work is performed in a timely manner and that any issues or risks are raised to the Implementation team. Review and understand the program scope throughout the program Provide business knowledge and project leadership Ensure project decisions by client team are made on time, with no delays that could affect the project timeline and deliverables Obtain signatures from client Executive Sponsor, for any document that requires approval Manage client staff and resources to ensure assigned tasks are completed in agreed timeframes utilizing ADO Ensuring client project team has enough availability to complete their project assigned tasks. Escalate resource constraints to Project Sponsor Escalate to Executive Sponsors for risks and issues not able to resolve by BPOs. Keep client executive management informed on project progress and issues Work with Change Champions to ensure the Organizational Change Management Plan is executed Obtain UAT sign-off from the client Executive Sponsor before commencement of any go-live activities. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 4 years degree in Business or Human Resources preferred 5 years' experience working in a Project Manager role with a focus on HR Technology along with experience in HCM implementations.
