Apply company policies and procedures.Lead employee engagement and operational excellence through the establishment/sustainability of high-performance work teams, world-class talent management, and innovative operating practices, strengthening the HR function in service and operational results of the plant as well as promote the organizational values of Lear. Your Tasks Will Be Ensure compliance with the Internal Labor Regulations and the Federal Labor Law. Carry out a Rotation and Absenteeism meeting with the production area, to review statistics and implement actions. Manage labor conflicts to bring them to a good end. Documentation of claims Work environment surveys. Implement and execute Human Resources initiatives. Maintain constant communication with the Union. Follow up on union dues payments. To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need Bachelor's degree in business or related 2 years in similar position desirable in Automotive Wiring Harness Industry or in Manufacturing sector Excellent written and oral communications skills, with an ability to negotiate and mediate effectively Able to work in a collaborative, global environment Personal Management Able to negotiation with unions English level proficient J-18808-Ljbffr
