YOUR TASKS Leadershipand Team Management:
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a diverse team ofengineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, professional growth,innovation, and excellence.Resourceand Competence Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive resource and competence planto ensure the team has the necessary skills and expertise to executeprojects effectively.Closely collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain toptalent and to Identify areas for skill development and traininginitiatives to enhance team capabilities and stay ahead of technologicaladvancements.Cost Centers planning, financial, hourly rates,Capex, HC resources.Collaborationand Communication:
Establish and maintain close connections with counterparts &stakeholders in the USA and Europe to facilitate seamless collaborationand knowledge sharing.Act as a key liaison between the Mexico Product Center AD and otherglobal teams, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, anddeliverables..Active collaboration with cross function areas (QD, GPS, EEX) andOS.DevelopmentProcesses and Quality Assurance:
Drive the implementation of efficient development processes andmethodologies to streamline project execution and improve time-to-market.Champion a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas forprocess optimization and implementing best practices while ensuringmeeting quality standards and other product requirements.Integrate the right technical and skill competences for eachProduct Center to meet customer and project requirements.

BudgetManagement:
Work closely with finance and project management teams to developand manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.Identify opportunities for cost optimization and resourceallocation to maximize efficiency without compromising quality orinnovation.Monitor actuals to budget (cost absorption, reporting rate, Capex) HEAD OF PRODUCT CENTER - AD MEXICO

Work closely with finance and project management teams to developand manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.Identify opportunities for cost optimization and resourceallocation to maximize efficiency without compromising quality orinnovation.Monitor actuals to budget (cost absorption, reporting rate, Capex) YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Academic degree, PhD or equivalent professional backgroundpreferable in (electrical and software) engineeringSeveral years of (international) management experience in the fieldof automotive technology/software & engineeringProfound and deep knowledge and background in automotive ortechnology/software industryExperience in leading, inspiring, and transforming multifunctionalinternational teams including having excellent stakeholder managementabilities.Strong characteristics and experiences with a pioneering spirit,creative thinking, and change managementStrong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication & presentation skills (English) andcapability to adapt to a demanding environment.
