Responsible for overseeing, managing, the manufacturing effort and leading effective Project management for key business growth and productivity.- Understanding, knowledge of high mix / low volume environment- Understanding of MRP/ERP systems- 5s implementations and sustaining (auditing)- QRT- Corrective actions / NCR investigations (for defects created by an operator)- Knowledge and deployment of best manufacturing practices (including materials/process methods) as well as quality and continuos improvement techniques.- Strong analytical and quantitative skills h) Knowledge experience in the contract manufacturing cables and harnesses industry.- Drive a culture of quality throughout manufacturing and hold subordinates accountable for results that meet Companie's quality standards.- Recommend/implement process improvements.- Drive cost reduction and cost management to remain in a competitive position in the marketplace.
