We are currently seeking an experienced GERENTE DE LOGÍSTICA Y CADENA DE SUMINISTRO to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco. Job Description We are looking for a skilled GERENTE DE LOGÍSTICA Y CADENA DE SUMINISTRO to manage the logistics, warehouse, transportation, packaging, and delivery of goods to customers. The ideal candidate will have an innovative mindset, strong negotiation skills and a passion for the job. Responsibilities Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and delivery to customers Optimize and coordinate the entire order cycle Collaborate and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, logistic services and commercial department Control quality, quantity, inventory levels, delivery times, transportation costs, warehouse efficiency, and garment processing and delivery Resolve any problem or complaints that arise Supervise, advise and train procurement, logistics, warehouse and decoration staff Achieve cost, productivity, delivery time and customer satisfaction objectives Maintain metrics and analyze data to evaluate performance and implement improvements Availability: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (occasional Saturdays when needed).
