Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the maintenance and support of P\S\L's corporate ERPsystem, management reports, and Business Intelligence tools. Position reports toSVP, Enterprise Solutions and Support
Responsibilities: Provide End-User support for ERP and Reporting tools as neededAssist in the implementation of current and future phases of corporate ERPsystemMaintain and support all implemented modules of corporate ERP systemReview and document existing financial processes and propose process orsystem improvements or automation to reduce cost and make the globalfinance team more efficientDevelop and deliver end-user training sessions and documentation to ensureeffective utilization of financial systems and reporting tools across theorganization.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in ERP systemsand Business Intelligence tools to recommend innovative solutions that drivecontinuous improvement.Requirements: The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered forthis position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems orequivalent disciplineIBM Cognos BI / TM1 experience a plusDeltek Maconomy experience a plusUnderstanding of Finance/Accounting concepts is a plusSelf motivated and able to work independentlyStrong organization and communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
