Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include : Assist in the preparation of annual budget and periodic forecasts Assist in pricing aftermarket to Distribution Center Assisting managers with questions related to travel expenses, corporate cards, as well as miscellaneous reporting and data analysis required by plant area managers. Review of the Budget tracker with the managers and explanation to each manager on how to use the application. Development of power BI report and Finance metrics such as overtime, MRB, line efficiency. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related business field with appropriate combination of education and experience 2 to 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting Proficiency with MS Office, including intermediate skills in Excel Preferred Qualifications Strong written and oral communication skills Self-motivated and positive attitude Ability to work in a team environment Proven strong analytical skills Process improvement driven Detail-oriented and results driven Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities Strong work ethic Highest level of integrity, trust, and honesty Modeling skills in Excel
