We are looking for a Feature Owner Manager Sr. : General activities: • Own Technical Product, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop design and technical requirements. • Design distribution of function across the eco-system and document the feature design for development of component functionality and interfaces. • Serve as the central resource with design as the product moves through development. • Act as feature champion when coordinating product development with business stakeholder and align design activity with business goals and priorities. • Manage the prioritization and refinement of the design work products while working with the development teams to clarify requirements balancing business needs with technical requirements. • Lead issue resolution for systems in design. • Maintain knowledge of application development and connectivity domain in the industry. • Work with Business teams to define primary customer requirements for new connectivity features. • Work with integration and development teams on a daily basis to identify, root cause and correct issues. • Creation of user stories and requirements defining feature functionality. Technical Skills: • Background in enterprise systems design, development, and operation • Experience in vehicle electrical network design: CAN, LIN and Ethernet • Experience with mobile app development in Android, iOS or both. • Experience with Android API's, networking protocols and API's such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, protocol buffer etc. • Experience creating architectural artifacts such as sequence diagrams • Ability to work in a cross-functional team with designers, coders, integrators and business teams. • Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or Enterprise Architect in a cross-functional team, dedicated to the complete product development lifecycle of successfully launched enterprise solutions globally deployed • Demonstrated experience in automotive electrical component design and development, audio or infotainment, navigation system. • Demonstrable knowledge of software development lifecycles • Understanding software systems and products • Ability to review designs and ensure they meet best practices • High level of proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
