Location:- MX_Queretaro_Industria Minera 501/502- Additional Location:- Queretaro, Mexico- Job Family:- Quality- Worker Type Reference:- Regular - Permanent- Pay Rate Type:- Salary- JOB ID:- R-34196-2024**Description & Requirements**:Position Summary: Manage and coordinate activities for the ESD ComplianceSupervisory Responsibilities: Quality Technician (ESD) As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).Job Responsibilities:- Annually lead the certification in ANSI ESD S20.20- Implement update of ANSI S20.20 Standard- Carry out induction training for new staff with the requirements of the ANSI ESD S20.20 standard.- Generate annual ESD refresher course with the requirements of the ANSI ESD S20.20 standard.- Carry out the programming of the audit plan'¢ Execute the scheduled audits and follow-up of the nonconformities of the ESD audit.- Perform product validation- Carry out launches of new lines- Run validation tag change update- Update database software GAGEtrak.- Compliance with QRO pathway matrix- Other activities as required by the Quality Director.Basic Qualifications:- Integrity.- Innovation.- Inclusion.- Teamwork & Respect.- Excellence- Technical career on electronics or mechanic area- 5 years experience coordinating ESD area and electronic manufacturing processes- Knowledge on ANSI/ESD S20.20, ESD TR53, ANSI/ESD 541. Experience in plant certification under ANSI/ESD 2020- Knowledge on ESD measurement equipment (Resistance System, Electrostatic Field Meter, Contact Voltmeter, Auto analysis System, Charge Plate MonitorPreferred Qualifications:- Leadership.- Change Orientation.- Collaboration.- Judgment.- Result Driven.- Communication Skills (Oral and Written)- Initiative.- Problem solving skills.- Computer knowledge.- Basic English (Intermediate or advanced preference).Eligibility Requirements: Willingness to travel.
