Electrical Testing Supervisor

Responsabilities: -Team work with the safety team to ensure SE electrical security requirements. -Monitoring of resources needs: Equipment (Purchase & maintenance programming) and HC (PPE & training). -Ensure compliance with internal quality standards. -Documentation management (Instructions, procedures, formats, etc.) in a timely manner. -Maintain the service level of the area according to the needs of the internal (Delivery rate) and external customer (Warranties & Factory Acceptance Test). Qualifications Experience: Personnel management. - Education: Electrical engineering or related. / English level: Advanced. - Ability to communicate with clients (National / Foreign). - Soft skills: leadership, time management, problem - solving. The ideal candidate would have experience and knowledge with testing equipment or voltages from Low Voltage to Medium Voltage. Experience in Hipot tests (dielectric strength) installation or commissioning of electrical current distribution equipment as well as communication tests (PLC) interpretation of one-line and three-line diagrams Core Tools, Lean Manufacturing and Lean six sigma proficiency is desirable knowledge of electrical safety for low and medium voltage LI-HO1 Schedule: Full-time Req: 008KS0 J-18808-Ljbffr
