The position reviews the design and application of distribution boards (also known as panelboard, breaker panel, or electric panel) and electrical protection, being responsible for validating the scope of the equipment against the customer. The Mechanical engineering of the order for production and testing
Serve as the functional supervisor for a team of electrical designers and engineers Manage the load/capacity of the department. Drive KPIs for the team to ensure overall
Ensure technical quality and service level respect of design (drawings, BOM, documents for Production).
Ensure that rules for enrichment and utilization of re-use systems are continuously applied.
Ensure the compliance with the project's objectives.
Continuous improvement of the design activity in terms of technical knowledge, efficiency and processes.
Check the technical evolutions of the products/equipment made by the other designers

This job might be for you if: Direct Project Engineering exposure with 5+ years experience in related field with demonstrated experience and sustained performance.
Demonstrated leadership/people management skills
Strong communication skills and ability to deescalate customer issues
General knowledge on the processes, procedures, tools and equipment applications
Leads change activity to improve productivity, quality and customer satisfaction with successful change management
