This role requires previous experience in paid media buying, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with vendors and agency partners.If you're a detail-oriented individual with a passion for e-commerce and a desire to make a difference, we want to hear from you!This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.**What You'll Do**:- ** Paid Media Coordination**: Assist in coordinating paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising channels, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and within budget.- ** Vendor Management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for media vendors and agencypartners, communicating campaign objectives, providing assets, and ensuring deliverables are met according to agreed timelines and specifications.- **Campaign Optimization**: Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations foroptimization, including adjusting targeting, bids, and creative elements to maximize ROI andachieve campaign objectives.- ** Reporting and Analysis**: Compile and analyze campaign performance data, preparing reports and insights to evaluate effectiveness, identify trends, and inform future strategy and decision-making.- ** Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing documents, and handling inquiries from vendors and agency partners.- ** Front-Facing Communication**: Liaise with vendors, and agency partners as needed, representing the brand professionally and ensuring clear and effective communication to facilitate collaboration and partnership.- Assist in project management tasks, including tracking project milestones, coordinating tasks with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.**What You Need**:- Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp is strongly preferred.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role, with previous experience in paid media buying.- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.- Proficiency in advertising analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with vendors, agency partners, and internal stakeholders.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.- Previous experience in client-facing roles or vendor management is a plus.- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with virtual teams.- Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry a plus.**Salary & Perks**:- Competitive Salary- This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.- Work from home.- Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (+/- 2 hour accepted) - PST.- Additional perks.
