JOB PURPOSE: Effectively support company operation by quality medical services and it's related affairs, to make sure all related services up to government defined standard and Company request. JOB DUTIES : To provide all employees with medical services for general diseases and minor job-related injuries. Coordinating all employee's annual health examination and provide effective advice to management to make sure all employees are up to job required health status. Coordinate the medical checkup for new hires and evaluate the candidate´s healt related to the requested job. Perform ergonomics evaluations and improve workstations with ergonomics risks, in compliance with government and company´s control methods. Accomplish the government and company request related to NOM-035-STPS-2018. Follow up the improves, metrics, evaluations and results related to Industrial Hygien. Preparing monthly medicine purchase request, update management with monthly reports of medical inventory and delivered medical traetments, keep medicine valid and medical related equipment in good condition. Play active function in EHS team to update management with monthly safety performance report and job-related injury report. Update management and employees with all medical related government policies and their implementation method. Manage routine work of Clinic Nurse and provide necessary medical support to manufacturing shifts requirement. Lead or assist with other projects as assigned by management. BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE: University degree in medicine and clinic related major, with previous experience in Occupational Health or EHS activities. Be able to deal with minor medical issues. Hard working attitude, ability to cooperate with others.
