The Technical Director Food Colors is responsible of leading the Research and Development, applications and technical services activities to ensure customer satisfaction. 
What you will do: Leads the innovation, development and prioritization of projects and new processes.Leads compliance programs to ensure compliance with all regulations.Directs cross functional teams to ensure alignment of objectives and development of suitable methodologies.Prioritizes projects based on business impact.Provides technical guidance to business unit and group leaders.Sets process improvement initiatives throughout the organization to achieve Group Level KPI'sWhat you will bring with you: Technical Degree (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry or Food Science - PhD in general science or food science preferred).Master's degree preferred in general science or food science, or equivalent experience preferred.  Typically, ten or more years of experience with project management experience.  A minimum of five years of management experience. Understanding of the formulation, development and production of technical colors is preferred.Very good English language skills, spoken and written. What you will get: An excellent salary, benefit offering and development opportunities. A thorough and effective training experience during onboarding and beyond.The opportunity for regular travel to customer sites for visits together with Sales Account Managers.About Sensient:  Sensient Technologies Corporation is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and extracts.
