PURPOSE OF THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Director, Program & Project Management with significant experience in Business Transformation and Corporate Banking . Working with one of our key clients in the Financial Services Industry, you will play a key role in delivering upon some of their most impactful, mission-critical initiatives. ATTRIBUTES OF INDIVIDUALS IN THIS ROLE AT RGP Demonstrates integrity and respect for people and opinions Ability to manage and adjust to diverse leadership styles Drives positive, collaborative results with the project team Strong skillset in: Self-management, Resilience, Assertive Communication, Analysis/Critical Thinking Skills, Problem Resolution Strong personal identification with RGP's values – loyalty, integrity, focus, enthusiasm, accountability and talent KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE Takes ownership for the project management and project completion covering leadership gaps in project owner(s)/project team Develop, maintain and track project plans Lead the project team, ensuring the project is delivered according to planned scope and timelines Support project governance, demand & change control processes Execute structured and periodic review & control mechanism to track the progress of projects Facilitate project status meetings and develop status reports Provide full understanding of the project planning (dependencies, critical path), able to support the impact analysis to realign any deviation Track and highlight risks & issues pertaining to projects and discuss them during review meetings via Risk/Issue Log Assist or identify and raise issues to appropriate stakeholders Act as interface and communicate with program/project team, management and stakeholders Work within defined governance processes DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS Bachelor or Master Degree within Administrative, Finance, Engineering or related fields 10 years of Project Management experience with a minimum of 3 years of Financial Services industry experience English fluent for written and verbal communication Desirable one or more certifications like PMP, Agile, Prince 2, CSM or PMI-ACP Demonstrated experience in both PM Methodologies as Waterfall and Agile Strong Knowledge of MS Project as it is the system the client requires to manage the activity plan Equal Opportunity Employer RGP is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
