As the Director of the Cybersecurity, Operational Risk, and IT team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's information security, risk management, and IT operations are effectively managed. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team, driving the development and implementation of risk management strategies, and safeguarding company information through collaboration with IT and Cybersecurity personnel.Main Responsibilities:Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the Cybersecurity, Operational Risk, and IT Team, ensuring efficient and productive day-to-day operations. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to maximize team performance Risk Management Strategy: Direct the development and implementation of robust risk management strategies and policies. Collaborate closely with the Operational Risk Specialist to identify potential risks, assess their impact, and design proactive measures for risk mitigation Information Security: Work in coordination with the IT and Cybersecurity Coordinator to establish and maintain a robust information security framework. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements to safeguard company information from unauthorized access, breaches, or data loss Resource Management: Efficiently manage IT resources, including technology assets, software tools, and personnel. Optimize resource allocation to meet project deadlines, business needs, and overall team objectives Interdepartmental Collaboration: Act as a representative of the Cybersecurity, Operational Risk, and IT Team in meetings with other managers and senior leaders. Advocate for the team's requirements, achievements, and contributions to the organization's success Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Encourage innovation and the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices to enhance cybersecurity, operational risk management, and IT operations Reporting and Metrics: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, project status, and risk assessments to senior management. Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and prioritize action plans Training and Development: Foster the professional growth of team members through training, mentoring, and skills development initiatives.
