For more information, please visit www.biocatch.com. We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our Global Advisory function as a Director in the Latin America region. This position effectively combines both 'Subject Matter Expert' and 'Field CTO' type roles. This role with provides you an opportunity to help some of the world's largest companies with their most complex fraud, financial crime, and digital customer experience challenges. To be successful in this role, you will need to be comfortable with understanding the technical specifics of a given challenge while being able to consult at an executive level. The Global Advisory team provides strategic support to clients through such activities as executive briefings, design workshops, and domain consulting. Additionally, the role will provide support in an SME capacity, for marketing events in Latin America. Within BioCatch, your key internal stakeholders will include Product, Sales/Presales, Threat Analytics, and Marketing teams. To be successful in the role, you will need to bring a proactive, enthusiastic, and highly collaborative attitude. Your expertise must include deep domain expertise in fraud prevention, financial services, and cybersecurity domains. Ideally, you will have experience from both an end-user and consulting/technology vendor perspective. Your responsibilities will also include providing thought leadership via mediums such as media interviews, written articles, expert panels, and event presentations. Specific goals include: · Support the Sales function to grow revenue, across new and existing strategic clients, via deep domain expertise and advisory support. · Identify new use cases for product roadmap review, including the solution concepts and quantification of market need. · Support the delivery of outcomes from the BioCatch Client Innovation Board. · Delivering regular valuable thought leadership / presence in the market through written content, industry forums, and events. · Technical qualification and oversight of strategic deals. The role reports to the VP Global Advisory. Location:Remote. (Ideally, domiciled in Mexico, Colombia, or Brazil) Role Responsibilities: Provide domain expertise and consulting support to field sales teams for new opportunities at existing and net new clients. Work with customers to identify business challenges where BioCatch can deliver value. Delivering regular thought leadership content via mediums such as media interviews, written articles, expert panels and event presentations. Evangelize the BioCatch solution, present at conferences and enhance your personal brand in the cybersecurity domain. Identify emerging customer challenges, creative solution ideas and then work with the Product team to add as candidates for the product roadmap. Evaluate new use cases presented by sales teams against existing and potential product capabilities. Provide support for the BioCatch Client Innovation Board in delivering measurable outcomes. Provide technical qualification oversight of strategic deals. Generate pipeline of revenue-generating product ideas for evaluation. Maintain deep level of expertise in BioCatch technology, domain, and markets. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, cyber fraud threat landscape and share insights with relevant internal teams such as Marketing, Product, and Sales. Requirements Bachelor's degree from a STEM subject/quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Computer science or Information Systems. Strong candidates with degrees in other disciplines will be considered. Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills. Creativity and exceptional problem-solving skills. Expert-level consultative skills with the ability to collaborate and to explore options, to demonstrate and to effectively use active listening skills to understand client needs. Demonstrates the ability to work well under pressure, collaborate and handle conflicts, sense of purpose, drive, motivation, coachability, competitiveness, curiosity, accountability, and integrity.
