DescripciónIP INGENIERIA DE PRODUCCION wunded in Spain in 1996 to serve Steel Construction Industry and expanded successfully throughout Europe and Latin America.Job description:Among other responsibilities, primary duties will be to proactively monitor business performance in several countries of Latin America and US, to ensure that accounting data of the company is appropriately reported (maintenance and development of an adequate system of accounting records, comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to enhance the accuracy of the company's reportnancial results), and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles, as well as our internal standards.This role will also be encharged of H. R. support, including payroll supervision, custody of employles and social security payments and benefits.Since this position has a strong role in several countries of the region, travelling will be necessary.Skills:The incumbent must be self-motivated to make an impact in our organization through execution, act as a team player to serve common purpose, and proactively identify and drive initiatives to address internal control challenges in our region. Time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time, are essential.
