The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.**Purpose of Position.**With an understanding of both regional market strategies and communications best practices, the communications specialist for Mexico will assist with the development and execution of regional communications plans to support Corning Optical Communications' business objectives for both internal and external audiences.A Communication Specialist is a versatile professional who plays a vital role in shaping an organization's image, fostering relationships, and conveying key messages. They contribute to both the internal and external success of the organization by employing effective communication strategies that resonate with target audiences and stakeholders.**Major responsibilities and tasks of the position.**- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging and informative content for various communication channels, including newsletters, press releases, social media posts, blog articles, and internal communications. Emphasize crafting content that is optimized for social media platforms.- **Social Media Management**: Lead the organization's social media presence by creating and curating high-quality, visually appealing content for different platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Spotify. Manage the organization's social media presence, creating and curating content, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics.- **Messaging Strategy**: Craft clear and compelling messages that align with the organization's goals, values, and target audience.
