The appraisal team works with the business to support a wide array of products and offerings, through a complex and highly demanding distribution force and network. appraisal has the responsibility of delivering and materializing the product offer and promise. In the case of appraisal this opportunity is given in even the most sensible and highly complex situations where the health and well being of our insureds and clients is touched and where we can make a significant difference at that level.About the role**What you need to know**:- inspection the process.Your contribution at AIGThe employee will handle Should authorize 1000 annual appraisals and supplements and perform at least 400 re-inspections, Supervise KPG bodyshops at local and national level, Provide quality service to clients by following up on preparations and auditing their quality.**Responsibilities**:**1. Functional Responsibilities**:Management key will carry out appraisals to estimate the damage in a risk (OD/PD), carry out claims management, determination of coverage, for a correct estimate.EnsuringReportingBroader communication with internal and external stakeholders where required, as a valuer.Provide technical training to colleagues and external contacts as appropriate.Help the continuous improvement of the valuation team through quality inspections based on safety, functionality and aesthetics.Ensure compliance with best practices in KPGs**2. Accountabilities**:Timely, accurate and client-focused in resolving your claim estimate, minimizing compensation exposure and mitigating legal and supplier expenses.Effective communication and management of key advanced Auto portfolio messages to internal stakeholders and customers/clients.The objective of this role is to develop as a car appraiser.3. Leadership SkillsExcellent communication skills, both written & verbalGood presentation skills and file knowledgeTime management - ability to manage & prioritize workload and diary managementAbility to contribute effectively within a team environment and with internal/external stakeholders at all levelsAbility to assist with technical training to team claim handlers as requiredAbility to influence claims and non-claims stakeholders to effectively direct claims strategy4.
