Lead the revenue management function for corporate sales and marketing teams, including wholesale and retail sales; Plan and deliver profitable growth through various revenue management levers; Deliver market share, sales, and profit goals through price pack strategy and execution, promotional ROI optimization, product innovation, integrated planning, digitization of reporting and processes, and predictive analytics; Develop strategic projects related to trade architecture design, life cycle pricing, and digitization of revenue management processes and tools; Partner across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Finance and Operations on short-term and long-term strategies, with a focus on scaling our company and processes; Oversee pipeline management; measure and report out on pipeline creation, conversion, and effectiveness; Develop variance analysis comparisons against budgets and forecasts and create periodic reporting. Build revenue forecast model (by product) highlighting major assumptions and provide in depth analysis including monthly Actuals vs Forecasts from revenue through gross margin, by product; Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and incorporate them with internal and external data sources to constantly refine forecast accuracy; Introduce improvements, streamline, and eliminate unnecessary processes and workflows that will enhance the overall operation and efficiency of the finance organization, specifically between business leaders, financial systems, accounting, and planning; Deliver in-depth results analysis by channel, user behavior, geography and make recommendations on process/cost improvements; Deliver quarterly budgets for the region, offering mature challenge and support to senior stakeholders with submission and review of numbers deadlines; Lead, manage and develop the finance team; Management and delivery of the audit requirement Deliver and enhance the monthly reporting duties Strict focus on cashflow and maintenance of planned liquidity. The Successful Applicant: Experience in consumer packaged goods industry. Experience in Revenue planning/ commercial fp&a, including, but not limited to margin, price & volume analysis. Solid understanding of finance, including, but not limited to costing, variance analysis, and profitability drivers. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and broader Microsoft suite. Experience in SAP, Hyperion, or other similar planning platforms. Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization. Reporting to the global CFO, with additional dotted-line reporting into the regional MD, the role will be responsible for México end-to-end financial management, and operational performance with a particular focus on client-facing business units and delivery areas across the country.
The role will work with the Managing Director of the local market, senior leadership team, and colleagues from other divisions to build and maintain financial and operational capability in México that facilitates delivery of in-year and five-year plan profitable growth for the business at least in line with Board approved business plans; to drive on-going operational efficiency savings to improve margin; to contribute to the design and execution of strategy; to oversee financial and operational integration and achievement of business case targets for acquisitions.
