KINETEK DE MEXICOA Nidec Group Company is looking for:- **BUYER**_- Responsibilities:_- Data entry into various databases as needed to manage/update open orders- Risk Analysis reporting pertaining to Electronic/Semiconductor component level BOM's- Engage with PCBA/Elec Component team to identify and manage crucial open orders.- Monitor and maintain delivery schedules/due dates in system and ensure accurate and timely updates.- Expedite purchase orders and maintain tracking and report progress- Assist accounts payable with follow up/resolution of invoice discrepancies- Maintain and update supply chain departmental files/metrics- Manage assigned set of commodities to ensure material requirements are met:a. Ensure material availability with respect to open customer ordersb. Process request for quote (RFQ) for new partsc. Find and implement cost reduction opportunitiesd. Regularly communicate with suppliers any changes on material requirementse.
