Responsibilities Collaborar estrechamente with internal and external teams to understand and translate commercial requirements and effective technological solutions.Lead the implementation of ERP and CMS systems, ensuring alignment with commercial needs and continuous improvement of processes.Use advanced analytical skills to analyze commercial data and market tendencies, providing strategic recommendations and supporting informed decision making.Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Excel to monitor and analyze commercial performance.Provide technical support and training to final users to guarantee effective adoption of new technologies.The Profile Experience proven as Business Analyst or in similar roles, with a focus on ERP and CMS systems.Previous experience in the industry of fruits, vegetables and perishable products is highly desired.Specific experience in logistics and exports from Mexico is highly valued.Competencia avanzada en Excel, with abilities to manipulate large sets of data and create detailed reports.Analytical mentality and capacity to address complex problems in a structured and creative manner.Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
