Bim Coordinator

Kiewit Mexico offers construction management and engineering services in a variety of markets, including energy, oil, gas, chemicals, terminals, marine works, and mining Kiewit Mexico is seeking a BIM Coordinator / Manager to join our team. As a BIM Coordinator / Manager with Kiewit, you will contribute to some of the industry's most complex and rewarding projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, coordinating and implementing BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes and technology for project teams. Responsibilities Facilitate advanced collaboration between project stakeholders, through the use of BIM. Manage the quality and integrity of BIM models in line with Kiewit standards. Develop and implement BIM workflows, standards and protocols. Provide training and support to project teams on the use of BIM. Manage BIM submissions, clash detection and coordination. Coordinate BIM activities with subcontractors and external consultants. Work closely with the project team to ensure that BIM is used to maximize efficiency and reduce waste. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management. At least 5 years of experience in BIM coordination and management. Knowledge and experience in the use of BIM software (Autodesk Revit and Navisworks). Knowledge of construction materials, construction systems, and construction sequencing. Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team environment.
