Associate/Senior Associate, Investment Banking, Mexico City, Mexico Reference 11782 About our client We are currently working with an investment banking firm founded more than years ago by ample experienced bankers who have worked with international investment banks and Mexican governmental entities.They also have some of the most relevant M& A transactions made by multinational and international corporations and state governments.The position is based in Mexico.What involves Strong experience in M& A transactions through the whole process (including sourcing, due diligence, acquisition and exit from the companies) Modelling of acquisitions, structuring of financing options and execution of transactions Elaborate financial models and valuations, pitch books and client presentations Evaluation of potential investments, including the identification and assessment ofkey risks and opportunities and driving internal discussions on investment Working closely with investment partners to ensure that all investments are made, managed and monitored to the highest standard Supporting asset management activities, including asset valuation, monitoring financial performance and preparing internal and external portfolio communication Who we are looking for Experience working in M& A, investment banking, private equity from a top-tier investment bank or boutique Bachelors degree at a top rate university in Finance, Administration, Economics or related High level of competence with Excel.Analytical, organized, pro-active and detail oriented Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.Location Mexico Sector Private Equity ADD TO SELECTION BACK Looking to work in private markets See the expert advice on our Resources pages.
