The Associate Creative Director is a hyper-collaborative team player and leader who has a strong creative voice and vision. The role requires fluency in contemporary latino culture, video content, integrated marketing, media and live events and experience with production & post production phases. This position plays a key role in shaping and articulating the vision of the client, and collaborates with other team members such as strategists, other creatives, graphic artists, content creators, production, account managers, and others to realize a client's brief from conception to reality. Responsibilities Works on production and post production by executing/producing ideas Script writing, treatments & on set creative direction Collaborates with other departments in the company, including Account, Strategy, Editorial, Media, Talent and production to develop creative marketing solutions Works closely with managers, designers, writers, other marketing team members, and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate concepts, themes, and messages are represented effectively and consistently for the business objective(s) and audience(s). Stays on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the creative and visual design field. Requirements Strong experience working with video content Ability to present creative work internally and to clients. Collaborates with copywriters and graphic designers. Ability to collect and interpret feedback. A well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives. Ability to motivate and inspire top performance against assigned projects. Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences. Must understand design in multiple mediums — print, digital, mobile. Deep understanding of Latinx culture. Familiar with Remezcla's brand, content and audience.
