If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **APQP Quality Engineer**, based in **Chihuahua, Chihuahua** (E-Systems Division).As **APQP Quality Engineer **you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Quality Manager.**Your Task will be**- Understands and ensures process and product compliance according to client specifications and specific applicable industry standards.- Coordinate the PPAP process, compile the folders with the PPAP information and issue it on the date stipulated with the client.- Monitoring of each change in Engineering or Model at the quality level of the line.- Development of work instructions / use of measurement and testing equipment.- Inspection of prototype parts, establishing inspection methods, and monitoring quality performance with the client during prototype phases.- Define the inspection system for each production line: self-inspections, progressive.**To be Successful in this rule you will need**:- Engineering degree preferred.- At least 2 years of experience preferably in the automotive industry (required).- English proficiency- Experience in Launches, transfers, knowledge of PPAP'S.- Solid knowledge of root cause problem resolution techniques.- Availability to travelLI-DNI
