We are 29,000 strong, working together across 1,500+ pet care centers, 250+ Vetco Total Care hospitals, hundreds of preventive care clinics, eight distribution centers and two support centers.**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**:- Identifies and analyzes business needs; gathers and documents requirements; and defines business systems scope and objectives.- Prioritizes and makes recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of business operations.- Designs, maintains and leads training for all users of assigned systems.- Tests software, monitors and reports on software performance, and coordinates activities of personnel to troubleshoot and address software bug fixes, extensions, patches, custom development and upgrades.- Develops training materials and conducts training for newly hired staff and on system upgrades.- Provides training and guidance and assigns tasks to less experienced staff members.**Minimum Qualifications**:- Bachelor of Science degree or similar.**Note**:Current responsibilities are impacted by company and team priorities that may have evolved from what is displayed in the Workday job profile.
