Main responsabilities: Guides the team through choosing and evolving their wayof working. Facilitates close collaboration across all roles and functions. Ensures that the team is fully functional and productive. Protects the team from interruptions and externalinterferences. Coaches'others in the use and application of agilepractices Promotes the team to discuss and think through issues whenthey are identified. Facilities decision making, but does not make decisions ormandate internal team activity. Ensures that the team keeps their focus on producing apotentially consumable solution. Hybrid position in Monterrey. Requirements: A senior modern project manager, and expert Scrum Master, an expert on SAFe, LESS or NEXU, a Senior Change Manager, a senior Tech Lead with management skills can fit the position. Solid Knowledge and verifiable experience, current certifications. Servant-leader or host leader to theteam, creates and maintains theconditions to succeed. Coaches the team to stay focus on theirgoalsto successfully deliver to theircommitments.
