If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.**Job Title**: Accounts Receivable Supervisor- Opportunity for growth and development._**Job Location: Corporate Offices (Juarez, MEX.)**We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Accounts Receivable Supervisor**, based in **Corporate Offices (Juarez, MEX.)**As a member of the AR team, the AR Supervisor will be analyzing and control the correct record and time of transactions that affect the accounts receivable of the assigned plant.**Your Task will be**:- Approve update and price analysis.- Verify billing posting.- Ensure that invoices are entered into the client portfolio.- Review and authorize intercompany reconciliation.- Review and authorize reconciliation of shipments and invoicing vs sales.- Review and authorization of the generation and reconciliation of commercial reserves.- Ensure compliance with SOX, Leap and internal procedures.- Attend internal and external audits as required.- Evaluate and provide feedback to the work team.- Revisar y autorizar pólizas contables.- Monitor and ensure that the closing times of the month are met.- Approve and monitor schedules and overtime of the personnel in charge.**To be successful in this role you will need**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.- 2 years minimum experience in an Accounts receivable or payable function.- Experience as a team supervisor.- Knowledge in Microsoft Office.- Accounting knowledge.- Bilingual English/Spanish.If you are interested, please send us your CV in English.LI-DNI
