If you love challenges, want to experience unfettered development opportunities, and want worthwhile recognition, then you've come to the right place with Lear.**Your task will be**- Execute cash disbursements for North America, Mexico, and Philippines.- Standardize and streamline processes and controls.- Maintain detailed procedures and documentation to support internal and external audit requests.- Maintain effective communication within the team and coordination with other GBS departments.- Understanding of accounting guidelines and SOX controls.- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills / relationship management.- Strong attention to detail, data analysis and problem solving.- Ability to multi-task and act with a sense of urgency.- Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize.- Self-Starter with a focus on process improvement.**To succeed in this role, you will need**- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related.- +2 years in the accounts payable area in the automotive industry.- Advanced English level essential.- Microsoft office packages knowledge, Working knowledge of SAP, Coupa, QAD and Lear Financial suite of systems.**#LI-DNI
