Accounting Specialist

Provide financial data insights through meticulous book-keeping and financial analysis, to allow well informed decision-making in compliance with laws and regulatory requirements.
3+ in-house work experience (or equivalent) in accountingC1 English (Written and Spoken)Degree in finance and accounting fieldDeep knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation and internal controlsAdvanced computer literacyYour TasksEnsure timely payments and smooth running of processesFacilitate data analysis, reports creation and accounts reconciliationManage enquiries and documentation in compliance with business standards and legal regulations
Communicate with stakeholders regarding payments, timelines and provide ad hoc supportResponsible for the import of all bills/invoices/transactions into the accounting bookResponsible for importing bank statements and new suppliers' dataResponsible for daily book vs bank reconciliationProcess payments by check, credit card, ACH and EFT (Approx. 50-55/Week)QuickBooks Online experience - = 3 years + RequiredConsolidation experience - 3 years + PreferredADP Workforce experience - be familiar with the platform and be able to work with the reports - PreferredBe part of usHemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
