We are the leaders in our market and are accelerating to extend our lead and move into new markets.**The Role**We are looking for an **Accounting Analyst** to support all aspects of accounting and financial analysis, financial planning, and implementation of financial controls. She/He will be responsible for providing accounting support to the area, as well as supporting data requests from external auditors and investors. She/He will work closely with operational areas of Clip to ensure all bills are reported and paid on a timely basis.**What **will I be doing?**- Perform the accounting records according to accounting standards in Mexico and USA- Supporting elaboration and analysis of financial statements under Mexican GAAP- Comply with month end closing calendar- Perform account reconciliations, financial analysis and information required- Supporting as needed all accounting operations, from accounts receivables, accounts payables, payroll, taxes.- Supporting all internal and external financial and risk management audits- Monitoring & proposing improvements of established controls- Assist with department projects- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Finance or Accounting- 2 + years General Accounting- ERP management (Netsuite, Oracle, SAP) - Desirable- Advanced Excel- Experience with finance Analysis for balance sheet and P&L- Experience working on Internal and External Audit (SOX)- Knowledge in Taxes, Local and Federal- Excellent communication skillsIn Clip, we are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
