**Company Description**Bosch Mexico has manufactured a wide range of products and solutions for the Automotive Business for over 56 years.Join our team, to work, lead and win #LikeABosch**Job Description** Main Objective**Lead the value stream for the WSH production within the location GtoP, mainly focus on the MAKE part of it, assuring the main KPI for Quality, Delivery and Costs.**What challenges will you have?**- Establish goals and SMART objectives that align with the vision of the main plant- Assure that production volumes are met accordingly to the clients needs and the capacity of the assembly lines- Guarantee that final products are delivered on time and with zero defects to meet customer satisfaction- Guarantee the satisfaction of our clients by delivering products on time and without failures- Meet the financial goal of the business according to the production budget- Close internal and plant to plant failure claims- Optimize the usage, quality, and efficiency of the production lines by reducing scrap to ensure the continuous improvement of our site- Plan and manage the operational, maintenance and internal quality costs- Ensure approvals of internal and external production audits- Assure that the 14Q quality standards, 9 principles of security and 5s standards are met**Qualifications** Who are we looking for?**- Engineering degree: Industrial, Mechatronic or Mechanic- +8 years of experience in the Automotive Industry- Advanced-Proficient English level is a must**Technical Knowledge**- Lean Manufacturing, Black Belt certification is a plus- New launches experience- High proficiency in problem solving- Core Tools (AMEF, PPAP, SPC)- SAP (Production and Maintenance modules)- 8D's methodology**What you will bring to Bosch**- Strong leadership skills- Manage strategies for problem solving- Openness to cooperate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve objectives- Strong negotiation and crisis management skills- Statistical analysis for problem solving- Ability to motivate and provide counsel to the team**Additional Information**Bosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
