If you have the foundational UX and web design skills and you thrive on creating stunning, high-fidelity prototypes and design assets, this role could be for you. We're seeking a motivated self-starter who can produce beautiful designs and maintain top-notch organization in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. If creativity and precision are your strengths, let's talk!**What you will be doing**:- Facilitate or actively participate in brainstorming sessions using design thinking to gather diverse perspectives and foster shared ownership.- Collaborate with UX researcher on user-centered wireframes, flow diagrams, and prototypes for effective communication of design concepts to leaders and stakeholders.- Translate initial concepts and wireframes into high-fidelity prototypes in Figma with responsive designs for desktop and mobile.- Effectively communicate design specifications to web development and collaborate web developers to translate mockups into fully functional web interfaces.- Develop custom web illustrations to complement or clarify web copy and help tell our story visually.- Use data and best practices to recommend and facilitate updates and additions to existing design system and component library, including new or updated blocks, components, styles, or interactions.- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.- Create and maintain design assets, such as style guides and component libraries.- Keep component library and design system files organized and up-to-date.- Support content entry in Optimizely CMS.- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices.- Ensure compliance with corporate brand guidelines and web accessibility standards in all designs and experiences.**What you will likely bring**:- Strong proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite- Ability to work well under deadlines, self-starter, innovative- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish- Ability to demonstrate your skills through a comprehensive design portfolio- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently**What could set you apart**:- 3+ years of relevant experience- A design portfolio that wows us- Previous experience in Episerver/Optimizely- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English**About Epicor**At Epicor we know that success comes from working together.
