**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS**:- Embrace and exemplify simplicity, communication, feedback, respect, and courage.- Be an active member and leader of the CoreLogic design community to help grow and hone ourdesign practices.- Collaborate with UX designers and engineers to design and build user interfaces.- Assist with user research, interviews, surveys, and usability studies, translating findings intowireframes and prototypes.- Learn from others (because we all have something to learn) and teach others (because we allhave something to teach)... sharing knowledge is key!- Be a user experience advocate and champion of the user.- Be a core member of UX Special Projects and Initiatives Team.**QUALIFICATIONS**- 3+ years of professional experience as a UI designer, interaction designer, creative, or similarrole.- A strong online portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centered designsolutions is required. Experience required from large enterprise corporations with a mixture ofB2B and B2C solutions.- BA/BS or greater in graphic design or related field or equivalent professional experience- Expert understanding of principles of interface design, use of interactive technologies and usercentered design methods and best practices- Experience mentoring and coaching others.- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills; can communicatecomplex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of theorganization.- Extensive experience with Design Systems; style guides, design patterns, atomic designmethodology- Proficiency working in Figma and other software design tools like Sketch and Creative Cloud aswell as a natural curiosity for new innovative tools.- Extensive experience with Accessibility and Inclusive design.**Employee Status **:Full Time Employee**Shift **:Day Job**Travel **:No**Job Posting **:Jul 20 2023**About Cognizant
