As a Territory Leader - Poza Rica, you will develop relationships and sales results for the COMEX brand, working with our dealers to improve sales growth.**Key Responsibilities**- You will coordinate with the Important Training Center the training programs according to the needs of the area and the structure of the dealership.- You will build the strategy and commercial agreement together with the dealer, negotiate improvements in points of sale, openings, field sales team and productivity bonuses.- You will make visits to the assigned points of sale and visit external customers (carpenters, blacksmiths, hotels and industrial warehouses).- You will monitor the level of service and experience compared to end customers, analyze the market, add indicators to understand the behavior of the point of sale.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree and advanced level of English.- 5 years of proven experience in commercial, retail or technical knowledge of a product.- Based in Poza Rica or willing to relocate.- 5+ years with management skills such as information analysis and negotiation.**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
