**Job Description: Tecnico de Planta (Edificio)**:**Location: Silao, Puerto Interior, Guanajuato, 36275**:**Job Summary**:The Tecnico de Planta (Edificio) will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of the building's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. They will also be responsible for ensuring that the building is in compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.**Key Responsibilities**:- Perform routine maintenance on the building's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems- Respond to emergency maintenance requests- Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify potential maintenance issues- Ensure that the building is in compliance with all safety and environmental regulations- Coordinate with outside contractors for major repairs and installations- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work- Assist with other building-related tasks as needed**Qualifications**:- High school diploma or equivalent- 2+ years of experience in building maintenance- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics- Strong problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed**Physical Requirements**:- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights- Ability to work in confined spaces- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time**Working Conditions**:The Tecnico de Planta (Edificio) will work primarily indoors, but may be required to work outside in all weather conditions. They may also be required to work in confined spaces and at heights. The position may require working outside of regular business hours, including evenings and weekends.
