RequisitosEducation, based on local requirements; High school or technical degree completed or comparable Ideally further education/secondary degree existingMinimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or in a related industry. Experience in automotive business (approx. 2 years) and understanding of automotive environment.Experience with production processes including lean.Leadership experience strongly recommended (eg.
