The position will lead the development and publication of Supply Chain insights related to specific KPIs (OTIF/OLFR), Inventory, Transportation and Warehousing and associated costs. It will support customer supply chain related analytics focused on insight, root cause and continuous improvement of customer fill rate. The role will also be responsible for new system integrations projects and network optimization projects along with supply chain digital transformation initiatives.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:**_Detail the major responsibilities/activities of the job in 3 to 6 statements._****_ Record responsibilities in order of most to least time spent. Record % of time spent in left margin._****Time Spent****Major Responsibilities / Activities**30%**Supply chain Reporting**:- Standard Supply Chain reporting.- Regularly generates reports and track KPIs in order to analyze actual performance versus targeted performance.- Develops automated and standardized reporting.- Collaborates with business and technology stakeholders to design reports, visualizations and dashboards to support tactical and strategic decision making- Develop, maintain and deliver customer/region specific scorecards that will highlight opportunity areas and focus areas Analytics and Insights- Work directly with Global counterparts on aligning KPI methodology and reporting requirements- Validate global reporting accurately represents Canadian / Global metrics (OTIF/OLFR/Inventory) and works directly with IT on system upgrades and changes and works within the Supply Chain to support change leadership and assess resources required for developments.- Dotted line oversight of the analytical elements of Inventory Analyst and Transportation Analysts with the expectation of ensuring all analytical outputs of the Supply Chain are consistent and valid- Work with finance and logistics on month end and quarter end financial reconciliations Local SME- Responsible for training and coaching of all supply chain stakeholders for analytic standards60%**Continuous Improvement Initiatives & Budget Planning**- Analyzes data to identify problematic areas and serve as a consultant for process improvement within Supply Chain- Work directly with Logistics and 3rd Party provider to Plan and implement Supply Chain optimization projects (e.g network optimization through Cost to serve model)- Direct support of Customer Supply Chain optimization projects thru analytics related to customer fill rates, order patterns, complaints to support the improvement of Net Promoter Scores- Participate on Local, Regional and Global continuous improvement initiatives- Support S&OP analytics as required- Support in supply chain budgeting exercise10%**New system integrations**:- Support implementation of new systems across Supply chain- Support change of process within current tools**JOB REQUIREMENTS (Preferred may be specific to the business unit)**:**Education/Experience**:**Education Level**Required:- College/University EducationPreferred:- APICS certification and /or working towards (ie CPIM)- Specialization in Operations courses- Power BI / Power Query / Tableau certifications**Major Subjects / Specialties**Required:- Data Management- Operations and Supply ChainPreferred:- Business Intelligence (Tableau), Power Query, Power BI- JDE / Rapid Response- EDI Management**Type of Experience**Required:- Supply Chain- Strong process exposure- Analytics- Expert user of Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, Data Modelling & transformational techniques- Expert in transforming BIG DATA to insights- High analytical and spreadsheet capabilitiesPreferred:- Financial experience including cost structure, P&L knowledge- Lean and Six Sigma exposure and practical experience in implementing the theories and tools**Years of Experience**Required:- 5+ years' experience in supply chainPreferred:- 8 + years of Supply planning experience**Additional Skills / Special Training / Technical Skills Required**Required
